Delete your Fari account
This is the official account deletion page for Fari, an AI companion operated by Novaeve Technology Co., Limited. You can delete your account inside the Fari app at any time; this page explains how.
How to delete your account
- Open Fari and sign in.
- Open the menu and go to Settings → More settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. You are signed out and deletion starts right away.
If you can no longer open the app, email Feedback@fari.ai from the email address linked to your account and we will process the deletion for you.
What we delete
Deleting your account removes the account and the conversations, call transcripts, memories, and profile data tied to it. You can restore the account within 7 days; after 30 days it is permanently deleted. Backups and records kept for legal reasons may remain for a short time after that.
Subscriptions stay with Apple
Deleting a Fari account does not cancel an App Store subscription. On your iPhone, go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, select Fari, and cancel. Removing the app also does not cancel a subscription.

Please include the account you want deleted. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or sensitive recordings.
Minimum age
The same minimum-age rules as on the support page apply (14 in most places; 15 or 16 in some countries).
